Shipment Tracking

To ensure you always know when to expect your shipment, you will receive an automatic email after your goods have been shipped. This email will contain your personal tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your delivery on the website of our logistics partners (DHL/GLS/Hermes).

If you cannot find the email with your tracking number or have accidentally deleted it, our customer service is happy to assist you. Please have your order number ready for this.

How Much Are the Shipping Costs?

All purchases made on the official website of Aufun Business B.V. qualify for free shipping.

When Will My Items Arrive?

We usually require 1 day to process your order, and the expected arrival time is within 5 days after the order. We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If there are any delays, we will inform you immediately via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Cooling-off Period/Returns

You may want to return an order for various reasons, perhaps because you do not like the product or for another reason. For whatever reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. We will cover the costs for returning the item to us. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Aufun Business B.V. with all included accessories, in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the due amount within 7 days, provided the item has been returned in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try out the product, we may pass on this depreciation to you. Therefore, please handle the product carefully and ensure that it is well-packaged for the return.

Exchange

Want to exchange your product? No problem at all. You can contact us at service@aufun-toys.com. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product.

Did you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Return Rules

For returns, you can contact us via email at service@aufun-toys.com, and we will provide you with a return label.

The purchased product must be in its original condition and complete. We will check this before issuing a refund. If the product is not returned in its original condition, we will charge you a fee.

After receiving the return, we will conduct a strict inspection. If it meets the requirements, we will transfer the full amount within a few business days.

Please send an email to service@aufun-toys.com to inform us about the return. Be sure to include your order number.

Warranty Period

The warranty terms and customer service of Aufun Business B.V. apply only to new products purchased directly from the official Aufun Business B.V. website. For purchases from authorized dealers or distributors, please contact them directly for customer service.

New Products: We provide a limited warranty of 2 years for new products and accessories purchased from Aufun Business B.V.

Replacement Device: The warranty begins on the original purchase date and is extended by the number of days the product is not in the possession of the buyer for warranty repairs.
