Terms and Conditions (AGB) of Aufun Business B.V.
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(2) In the case of a contract being concluded, the contract is concluded with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer from us, but is merely an invitation for the consumer to place an order. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order process provided in our online shop. The order takes place in the following steps:
Selection of the desired goods
Confirmation by clicking the “Order” button
Review of the information in the shopping cart
Clicking the “Checkout” button
Logging into the online shop after registration and entering the login details (email address and password)
Final review or correction of the entered data
Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” or “Buy” button
The consumer can return to the page where the customer information is collected and correct input errors by clicking the “Back” button in their internet browser before submitting the order. They can also cancel the order process by closing the internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately via an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders through our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions via email. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account --> My Orders.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices stated include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay in advance, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
(3) If the consumer chooses to pay in advance, they are obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after the contract is concluded.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have explicitly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for shipment immediately. Delivery will take place no later than within 5 working days. The delivery period begins in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is given to the bank commissioned with the transfer and in the case of all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the item.
§5 Retention of Title
We reserve the right of ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees due to this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We will bear the costs of returning the goods.
